Apprentice Explorer Certification

The Apprentice Explorer Certification is the entry-level qualification quest for the Exploration profession in Starsand Island. Issued by the Exploration mentor, it tasks players with demonstrating early adventuring ability — exploring specific areas, defeating enemies, or completing basic dungeon objectives. Passing the certification grants the Apprentice Explorer title and awards the Slingshot, the first ranged weapon available in the game.

Completing the Apprentice Explorer Certification officially starts the exploration profession progression, unlocking access to new dungeon areas, combat upgrades, and the ranged weapon upgrade path. It is the essential first step toward tackling the Moonlit Forest dungeon and other mid-game exploration challenges. Players who enjoy combat and dungeon content should complete this certification early to begin developing their Explorer rank.
